Depending on the type of cookie, they can allow you to have faster browsing times on frequently visited sites or even transfer your information from one site to a similar one. What Information We Collect

The Website: While we do use certain plug-ins and services that allow us to track visitors to our site, we only use information that tells us how many visitors we have on each date, which parts of our site they click on, what time of day and where in the world they are clicking from. These details help us know where people read the most. We use this information to help us improve our site content for you.

Receiving information about how you got to our site (from a social media network, a blogger’s link, etc.) helps us know where our posts and interactions are reaching the most people. Where you live helps us understand what countries and regions we’re reaching. The time of day helps us know when our readers spend the most time surfing the web. Also, how much time you spend on our site and which pages and posts you visit lets us know if you like what you’re reading or if we could make it better.

We’re always eager to make our site as a whole better for our readers. Share any suggestions you have via the email address below or our contact form.

Contact Form: Your name, email address and message entered on our contact form also goes directly to our email address. This information is used only to respond to your requests or to tailor our services to your editing needs. We will not add you on to any mailing lists without your express consent.

We will keep our correspondence in our email folders to make sure we fulfill your requests. Also, we will update you if we make any changes or updates to the services provided, have an opening available for our editing services or have further information to share with you regarding your original purpose for contact.

Email Newsletter: Thanks to some great programs, we are able to send out emails to everyone who chooses to subscribe to our newsletter list. The program we use tracks how our emails get to you and if you are able to open them. We receive information about what time of day you open an email, where on our website you are clicking, what part of our great world you live in and other details like these.

This information allows us to serve you better. We can use it to determine if certain subject lines get through to you better than others. We can see if it would be better to send our emails to you on a different day or time of day as well.

Social Media Accounts: We receive this same type of information for all our social media accounts as well. These analytics aren’t intended to be intrusive or invasive, rather it helps us understand what content you like and the time of day you typically look at it! We’re also able to run experiments to see what types of posts make you want to click on through! That allows us to better tailor our communication with you.

Anything we can do to make sure you have a great experience—while still protecting our valued readers—is worth our time and attention.

How We Protect Your Information: None of the information explained above will be seen by anyone but Logos & Mythos Press LLC and the third party services we use to track it. If you want more information about what services we use, we are happy to let you know. Before we set up our site, we spent hours researching various options and companies and spoke with many people much wiser than we are to make sure we signed up for and used the best and most reputable companies available.

We will only use your information to improve your experience on our site and to communicate with you as you have requested. We promise never to share, sell or publish your information.
